"Ants, Bees or Termites - all social insects - show impressive collective problem-solving capabilities. Properties associated with their group behaviour like self-organisation, robustness and flexibility are seen as characteristics that artificial systems for optimisation, control or task execution should exhibit. In the last decade, diverse efforts have been made to take social insects as an example and develop algorithms inspired by their strictly self-organised behaviour.‭"

The Talk Shop Community

No organization exists in a vacuum. The Talk Shop Community, refers to the context in which our firm exists. In its broader sense, it includes everyone who believes in the ideas and values that we hold, people who have probably never heard of the The Talk Shop. In the narrow sense, The Talk Shop Community refers to well wishers who have come in direct contact with the firm and continue to shape it. These include customers, consultants, former and present employees and participants in any of the Talk Shop events, on or offline.
